Appointments are serviced on time with the work done right the first time. Greeting with a smile; a comfortable waiting room, and a thank you when the car is delivered. Have been a customer since the 1970’s and have known Rami and Heidi forever. Long time locally-owned business do it right, because they will be there in the future and they do cultivate trust and respect.
I intended to take my car in for an oil change at the end of October. You had a slow day, due to very nice autumn weather. To drum up something to do, you sent out an email, offering a $50.00 discount on any service provided that day, so, being no dummy, I took my car in. I continue to be so impressed at the wonderful customer service at Signal Garage. The last time I brought my vehicle in I was greeted with smiles, prompt service and friendly updates on what needed to be done to my vehicle. My toddler and I even spent time talking with the owner and the service manager. We were treated to bottles of cold water after a walk outside as our car was being worked on! I was having trouble with my radiator. I stopped by Signal and they were willing to do a free inspection to make sure I needed service before repairing it. My car was done the same day I decided to go ahead with the repairs even though I had not made a scheduled appointment. When I had questions about the different repairs the technician (Avi) explained them in simple terms and was willing to answer the many questions I had. I would recommend this service to anyone because the service is done quickly, and the mechanics are friendly and willing to speak with you. Give a local garage your business as they treat you well and follow up to make sure you have a good experience!
Dear Mark, On Thursday I had the pleasure of meeting with you at your place of employment in response to an add in the local papers. The professional manner in which I was received and treated by you and the staff was second to none , again thank you. But what prompted me to write this letter is upon “your recommendations” that I purchase front tires ASAP, of which I did on Friday morning possibly saved my life. For as we both know the change in weather dictated good tires in order to get around. In lieu of the fact that generated zero business for your company, true to form you did not neglect to remain professional in informing me about the immediate need for my vehicle. WOW! I have never had a positive auto mechanic experience until going to Signal! They are kind and respectful, and would explain the entire process of what was happening with our car. The treatment afterwards, was also fantastic! When I picked up my car (promptly done on time), there was a mint on my seat, and a thank you note for using their services! They have since called to check up on the car and make sure we don’t need anything else. Since then, we have used them over and over whenever we need anything done to our family vehicles! Kind, friendly, good value, top-notch service, and the techs seemed to love their jobs! They call us by name, and I couldn’t imagine using anyone else in the future! Finally, a great auto body shop!

I had my car serviced today at Signal Garage and was totally pleased with the experience. The staff was friendly, the waiting room was comfortable and the coffee hit the spot. Thanks for the good job and I would recommend Signal Garage to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.
I found Signal Garage first researching online and was drawn to them by their website stating they are a AAA shop and they made women feel completely comfortable (when most women feel out of place) When I checked in I was directed into the waiting area (which is typically something NOT THAT comfortable when having to wait for the length of time it takes to fix your car) I was SHOCKED at how stylish and comfortable it was. Flat screen TV, two leather couches, oriental looking rug under the coffee table, refrigerator filled with cold drinks and a Keurig all available with free drinks. Also loved that the bathroom is right in the waiting room and you don’t have to walk through the shop to get to it. Yes, it sounds very trivial, but those are all the little things that add to the fact they are high class auto shop that does all the “fix-it stuff” top notch!!!
In the 1970’s, when I lived in West St. Paul, I used the services of Signal Garage and I was always pleased with their service. When I saw that they had opened a new location in my neighborhood, I made an appointment. There are many places where I could bring my vehicle for service and Signal Garage seems to know that. I was treated like I would like to go back there again.
I always wished I had a mechanic in the family who could take my car worries away from me. Well, I do and “he’s” at Signal Garage. Just like a trusted brother, Signal takes care of my car maintenance, lets me know what to expect, greets me with a smile, and never lets me go home unhappy. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Avi and mark are just wonderful. My catalytic converter was hacked off of my car, and they did everything possible to help me. I also asked them to take a look at an estimate I had received from another garage. As I suspected, none of the other work recommended needed to be done. The difference in cost? $1,200.
I love Signal Garage Auto Care! There service is always top notch. They are kind, courteous, and professional. They never do any work on my vehicle without talking to me first. They take the time to explain what they are doing to my vehicle and the breakdown of parts and labor. Above all, they never make me feel pressured to fix little things right away (i.e. wiper blades). I would recommend them to anyone!
