My daughter recently took a car back to school in St. Paul and within 3 weeks it ran into a problem. We needed a shop we could trust and found that here. Needing an alternator for an older Beetle is not easy and they ordered 6 to get the right one for the best price. Every one I spoke to was great and very helpful. It’s a great comfort to know you have folks you can trust to do their best. Especially when your daughter is 350 miles away. Can’t say enough of how well we were taken care of. The most recent service was excellent, as usual. This visit was for recommended repairs listed on the receipt from the previous visit along with reminders for scheduled maintenance. I’d requested an appointment on somewhat short notice and needed the car back by early afternoon on the same day it was dropped off. They were able to accommodate my requests. When I dropped off the car, I was given a full explanation of what had to be replaced, where it was and how it worked. The scheduled maintenance was also done. They even called earlier than expected to let me know the work had been completed. I’m very satisfied with their service.
