Dear Mark, On Thursday I had the pleasure of meeting with you at your place of employment in response to an add in the local papers. The professional manner in which I was received and treated by you and the staff was second to none , again thank you. But what prompted me to write this letter is upon “your recommendations” that I purchase front tires ASAP, of which I did on Friday morning possibly saved my life. For as we both know the change in weather dictated good tires in order to get around. In lieu of the fact that generated zero business for your company, true to form you did not neglect to remain professional in informing me about the immediate need for my vehicle. Many thanks Mark for everything. I do hope and trust that I will be able to continue doing business with your company.
