As a first time customer to any auto repair shop, I’m always hopeful I’ll receive great service at a fair price. Although I only came in for a simple front end alignment, I was treated wonderfully, like a long-time regular customer, and my vehicle now tracks down the road straight as an arrow, without all the constant tiny steering inputs formerly needed, and all that is great! But you know something? By far, the best part of this whole experience for me was that the quote I received ended up being the actual out-the-door price I ended up paying, which for me, whether a small repair bill or a huge repair bill, speaks volumes as to how I feel about a repair shop. DANG! I can hardly wait for my vehicle to break down again, just so I can take it back to Signal Garage!
